PoliticsNOW offers a useful Check the Record page where you can check the record of your Congressmembers versus your own opinions on some major issues.

Congressional Voting Records by ZIP Code – This service of Time Magazine and the Congressional Quarterly provides voting records based on your ZIP code.

On The Job – This site is also maintained by the Congressional Quarterly and let’s you look up your Congressmember’s recent activities (including bills sponsored, speeches made, and votes taken).

Project Vote Smart WWW Homepage lists full voting records and ratings by political groups (on both the left and right of the political spectrum) of members of Congress.

Voter Information Services (VIS) provides ratings on Congressmembers based on their voting records compared to the beliefs of certain groups. VIS itself claims to be non-partisan.
